Pillar 02

Get everyone moving the same way.

Vision only matters if people can feel it. We cut through the noise and corporate fluff to align your people around shared purpose, clear strategy, and values that actually mean something.

Our radical belief

Organisations need to radically simplify their strategy and priorities to align teams for the future.

The problem

Most people can’t clearly name their organisation’s strategy or goals - let alone the part they play in delivering it.

Strategy

A plan on a page, not a 75-page deck.

We facilitate boards and leadership teams to a strategy people can say out loud. Where you’re going, the few things that matter most, and who owns what. Then we cascade it - organisation, team, individual - so every person can name the part they play. Offsites, values work and quarterly rhythms that keep it living, not laminated.

Transformative Values

We help organisations live and breathe their values - not laminate them - so the culture becomes a workplace your people actually love.

Exceptional Clarity

Our Clarity Model aligns individuals and teams on what matters most and the part each person plays - so you achieve more with less waste.

Dynamic Goals

People thrive on goals that are important, thrilling and slightly daunting. We help teams implement OKRs and agile ways of working that deliver for coworkers and the organisation alike.

I have never seen such a group of people believing in the same goal like this before.
Branch manager · after a team day

From the work

The owners who wanted to know why nobody was buying in.

A fifty-year-old, family-owned business across several sites. Two owners who knew their trade inside out, and a team that wasn’t on the same page. In our first week one of them said it plainly: we can do our jobs blindfolded, but we can’t get the buy-in.

Over two strategy days the owners wrote their own hard questions on the wall. Six words came out of the room and became the six pillars everything now answers to. Then a team day for everyone, where the owners wrote a line of thanks for every single person and read it out. Each week after, one pillar went out to the whole team with fifteen minutes to reflect - and people wrote back.

Four months later a branch manager stopped writing up the whiteboard and started planning his team’s day in the new system instead. Nobody asked him to. That’s alignment - when people choose the direction for themselves.
