Speaking & facilitation

Rooms that leave different.

Lisa is a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator - on conference stages, in principals’ PD days, board strategy sessions and paddock-side workshops. Story first, framework second, and people walk out with something to do on Monday, not just something to feel.

Signature talks

The provocations that travel.

Every talk is shaped to the room - these are the threads they’re built from.

The BIGGEST risk to the future of food & fibre is your calendar

The paddock-to-boardroom keynote. The threat to the sector isn’t out there somewhere - it’s how its leaders spend their time. Your calendar is your culture audit, and the sector grows everything it needs except the leaders it needs next.

What if we got rid of HR departments and made them HF?

The Humans First thesis. Not paperwork first, not compliance first - humans first. Why the future of work belongs to organisations that stop polishing a broken system and design something people actually want to be part of.

Extraordinary teams are designed, not born

Belonging, strengths, clarity and courage - the conditions extraordinary teams are intentionally built on, told through the real, slightly messy stories of teams that got there.

Leadership Hauora - lead well without burning out

Hauora is richer than wellbeing - it’s the whole person. Start strong, finish clear: energy, boundaries, white space and real decompression for leaders carrying real weight.

Facilitation

Not just the stage. The whole room.

Keynotes open the door. Facilitation is where the shift happens - and it’s the work Lisa gets asked back for.

Conference facilitation

Holding a room of 40 or 400 - keeping the energy up, the conversation honest, and the takeaways practical.

Strategy days and offsites

Boards and leadership teams to a plan on a page, with the hard conversations had in the room rather than after it.

Professional development days

Interactive PD for principals and leaders, with pre-thinking before and microlearnings after, so it sticks.

Leadership programmes

Multi-month journeys with cohorts of leaders - facilitation, coaching and a community that keeps each other honest.

Beyond the stage

Some of the best rooms don’t pay.

Giving back is one of Lisa’s personal values, so a share of this work is given, not sold - supporting education leaders through Te Uru Amokura (Springboard Trust) and Evaluation Associates, volunteering in youth development, and pro bono mahi for causes that line up with ours. If your kaupapa fits and the budget doesn’t, ask anyway.
