Privacy Policy

Radical HR Limited (“Radical HR”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle your information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

We only collect what we actually need:

• When you contact us - your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you subscribe to our newsletter - your name and email address, managed through our email provider (Klaviyo).
• When you use this site - basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited and general location), used only to understand what’s useful and improve the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver the services or content you’ve asked for, to send the newsletter you’ve signed up for, and to keep the site working well. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, and we never will.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted providers that help us run Radical HR - for example our email platform (Klaviyo) and our website host (Vercel). They process your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it’s held

Some of our providers store data on servers outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it’s wrong. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, just email us.

This site uses minimal cookies and similar technologies to help it function and to understand general usage. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
